Shipping Policies
General Policy
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products trade by Gopako to buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to provide only accurate and truthful information. Gopako reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Price Policy
All price are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Every effort is made to update and keep current the prices shown on our website. However the Company reserves the right to amend prices in respect of orders which have not been accepted. Where a product is pictured on the website is for reference only (the actual product may vary slightly), the price quoted includes only the main product described and not any accessories or accompanying items shown except where otherwise stated.
Payment Policy
Payment Method
- Credit Card/Pay Pal – We are able to accept credit card payment through PayPal’s secure gateway – a convenient and absolutely safe way of payment. Choose “PayPal” for payment option during checkout. You will be taken to PayPal’s secure site for transaction. However, payment through online bank/ATM transfer is preferred.
- Online Bank/ATM Transfer – Make payment to our Maybank Bank (Violet Tree Studio – 564173504366). After transfer has been made, please fill in the Online Bank/ATM Transfer Form so that we can verify payment and process your order.
- All purchases will only be delivered upon full payment and clearance either via Credit Card/PayPal or Online Bank/ATM transfer into our designated Malaysian Bank Account.
- Upon confirmation and successful transaction of payment, we will E-mail you an Order Confirmation and Delivery Order, which includes your Tracking Number. Any delays in shipment or unavailability of purchased items, will be notified via E-mail.
Product Availability
- Products that are currently in stock in our warehouse, typically your order will be delivered to you within 2-3 days from date of full payment received.
- If any products are not available at the time of your order we will contact you immediately via E-mail, you will then have the option to wait for the stock replenishment or we will give you a full refund.
Shipping Policy
Delivery within Malaysia
- Via Poslaju – All delivery will be shipped using Poslaju. Free Delivery will only be applicable to purchases of RM100.00 and above in a single receipt Malaysia wide. Orders below RM100 for West Malaysia will incur a postage fee of RM6 while for East Malaysia, RM8 will be incurred.
International Delivery

Refund Policy
Currently, we are unable to do a refund for items that you may not like after purchasing. Please educate yourself with the products through our website and if you have further enquiries, please contact us at hello.gopako@gmail.com before placing your order.
Cancellation Policy
Currently, all orders which have been processed and delivered cannot be cancelled or altered.
Return and Exchange Policy
- We will pay for the return shipping costs if the product return is a result of our error (ie. you received an incorrect item(s)). Kindly email us at hello.gopako@gmail.com and affix the photo of the incorrect item(s).
- For item(s) returned for an exchange or other reason:
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost. No return(s) will be accepted after 7 days.
- Be noted that shipping cost is not refundable.
- We only accept return via PosLaju.
- Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied. You will bear the shipping cost of the new item and difference in price between the returned and new item.
- The following items cannot be returned for exchange:
- Item(s) with tag/original packing removed by buyer
- Item(s) used/washed by buyer
Damaged Item
Our store procedures is to check items before deliver to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that item delivered to you is damaged, broken or defective, kindly contact us at hello.gopako@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. We will gladly replace it at no charge if it was in our error.
